The CE620 is a general-purpose vibration sensor. It is built for keeping track of and protecting machinery in tough industrial conditions. This sensor follows the common IEPE design, needing a constant current power source to operate. It produces a dynamic vibration signal as an AC voltage, which sits on top of a DC bias voltage.

The CE620 can be purchased by itself or with a permanently attached cable. The attached cable has a protective stainless-steel braid cover. If you choose the sensor-only version, you can select from different cable sets to connect it to your monitoring equipment, based on your specific needs and working environment.

The CE620 comes in two main types. Standard versions are for use in normal, non-hazardous workplace areas. There are also specially certified Ex versions approved for safe installation in hazardous locations where explosive atmospheres could exist.
